Rain when I want it to rain

Today was pretty smooth at work. It's always nice when days are like that. Of course, there was a goober this morning, but I kept my cool and weathered the storm because if there's one thing I'm used to, it's bumps in the road. It's always something.

It's been a good long while wince we've had any rain in these parts. I don't much like having to pay for the water on my lawn and flowers. I'd much rather get the free stuff. Of course, it's supposed to rain this weekend, wouldntcha know. I was looking forward to some patio time in the sun, but I guess it's not to be. But I can't have it both ways.
